The Breeders Cup 2010 started yesterday and is about to end today. The two day event so far offered a great quantity of enthusiasm which is no less than any of the best Hollywood flicks.

Yesterday Kentucky jockey Calvin Borel competed with Javier Castellano in the winner's circle. Javier Castellano was so reckless that he even veered his horse into the path of several other horses, for which he was disqualified from bagging the second position. The first position of course went to Calvin Borel. In the Filly And Mare Turf, it was Midday, who was regarded as the best European performer, getting the second position, preceded by a horse trained by Graham Motion, who trains in Maryland. Henry Cecil, Midday's trainer, said that she performed her best, but nothing better could be expected from her as she gave a few tough performances a few days earlier and therefore, in November she was not at her best. In the Filly and Mare Sprint, Dubai Majesty emerged as the winner. She gave a tough competition to Gabby's Golden Gal and Champagne d'Oro, to posting a three length score. She covered 7 furlongs in 1:22.31, thereby beating California invader Switch, finishing about three length ahead.

Switch is also regarded as a very competent horse as she gave a cut throat competition, to Zenyatta in their latest competition, Lady's Secret at Oak Tree in Hollywood Park, falling behind her by just half a length. In Filly and Mare Sprint, Evening Jewel, of California came third. In Juvenile Fillies, Awesome Feather came first, followed by R Heat Lightning and Delightful Mary.

The Breeders' Cup Classic the summit of the two days boasts a pucker of $5 million. Only one contender as ever won the Classic twice when Tiznow took the title in both 2000 and 2001. Zenyatta who is pcitured above was first over the line in the Classic last time out. She also has the honour of winning in two different Breeders' Cup races as she won the Ladies Classic just 12 months earlier at Santa Anita Park. In fact both wins came at Santa Anita in Arcadia, California. To add to the excitement of this year, Zenyatta returns to defend her title in just 72 days. The racing world had thought they had seen the competitive end for this undefeated six year old as she was due to retire. But it seems she is just too good in the gallop still and owner Jerry Moss has confirmed he will enter her this year.

Today's events will be all more thrilling as the super star Zenyatta horse is all set to get her twentieth victory. If she wins tis cup, she would move towards a graceful retirement, with twenty undaunted consecutive victory.

EPISODE SYNOPSIS:

When a gang shooting leaves a student dead at the Cyrus Garza School, Garza decides to file a lawsuit against the school for creating an atmosphere that led to the child's death. However, as Garza realizes the extent of the school system's segregation, it is up to him, Al and Mereta to file a class action to force the school district to finally desegregate the schools.

The series was originally titled Rough Justice, and then briefly Garza. NBC green-lit the pilot, which was written by John Eisendrath, in late January 2010. In mid February, Terry George signed on to direct the pilot.

Jesse Bradford was the first actor cast in early March. Jimmy Smits was cast next to headline the drama. Carly Pope and David Ramsey came on board a few days later. Filming for the pilot took place in late March and April, with some exterior shots done in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and neighboring Bensalem,Atlantic City, New Jersey, and in the Arlington, Virginia area.

NBC announced in mid-May 2010 that the network had picked up the pilot for the 2010-11 season. The series was expected to be produced in Los Angeles.

On October 6, NBC announced it had placed production of the series on hiatus due to low ratings for the first 3 episodes. The hiatus became permanent after ratings failed to improve for the October 8 broadcast. Eight of the planned thirteen episodes have been produced.

Four episodes had aired when NBC announced Outlaw's cancellation. The remaining four are currently scheduled to air on Saturdays through November 13.

As far as Medievla Sci-Fi Drama shows go, Merlin is well thought-out among the top cycle on TV and it looks as though today's episode will please loyal fans of the show who've been tuning in since it first premiered. Alice, an old flame of Gaius' shows up in Camelot and Merlin is happy to see another side to his mentor. After find out out though that she is under the influence of a Manticore, Merlin ends up having has no choice but to tell Gaius of her evil intentions. Gaius and Merlin end up falling out when Gaius refuses to believe the truth about Alice.

EPISODE SYNOPSIS:

MERLIN "Love In The Time Of Dragons" Season 3 Episode 9 – Merlin is pleased to get acquainted with a different side of his mentor when Alice, an old flame of Gaius's, arrives in Camelot. However, when the warlock discovers that she is under the influence of a Manticore, a creature from the Old Religion, Merlin has no other choice but to tell the physician about Alice's evil scheme.

Blinded by love, Gaius refuses to believe Merlin's reveal and their close bond suffers the consequence as both friends fall out. With the King in danger and all evidence of the wicked plot pointing to Alice and the mean magical creature that has possessed her, will Merlin be able to make Gaius see sense before it is too late?
Today's latest episode will enlighten our night as Merlin faces a creature from the Old Religion called Manicore. Aside from that, Merlin will put all his courage to tell Gaius the evil intentions of Alice without hurting his feeling. But the old sorcerer is being blinded by his love and refuses to believe Merlin's story which will result for the fall of their friendship. With the King in danger and all evidences pointing to Alice and the evil magical creature that has possessed her, Merlin must somehow make Gaius come to his senses before it is too late.

The most interesting part in the episode would be the another trick to make the kingdom fall so that the darkness will reign; Merlin will once again fulfill his destiny and saves the people of Camelot so is restoring the friendship between him and Gaius.

The bondage of LOVE and FRIENDSHIP. These are the most important essence in our life but in time of danger one must go. From the episode, in the end, Gaius must choose between the love he feels for Alice or the great friendship he found to Merlin. Which one should he chooses? You can never answer this question unless you watch the episode. So, the show itself convinces you to really watch it because there are another twists and surprises!
